Diagnosis of diseases of teeth’ hard tissues and periodontal tissues in patients with early stage of chronic renal failure
In the article analyzed the results of functional diagnostic and evaluation index of hard tissue of teeth and periodontal tissues in 20 patients with early stage of chronic renal failure (CRF). During the study of patients with early stage chronic renal failure have been established: the catarrhal gingivitis, generalized periodontitis of moderate severity, transmitted to a severe degree stage and injuries of hard tissue of teeth in the form of dental caries. The authors point to the importance of timely diagnosis of these diseases and the need for a focused comprehensive dental treatment for patients with early stage of CRF.
