About emergency assistance problems on obstetric hemorrhage
The analysis of maternal deaths conducted from acute renal failure after massive obstetric hemorrhage in the Republican Reanimation and Detoxification Center in 2009 was done. Revealed, that both postpartum inadequate care and irreplaceable hemorrhage were the main reasons lead to decompensative condition and mortality at the primary level maternity hospitals. Some ways suggested to solve existing problems in conduction of obstetric hemorrhage and maternal mortality.
