Estimation of the effectiveness of medications use, containing indole-3-carbinol and epigallocatechin3-gallate, in combination with effective natural methods (transcranial electrostimulation and hirudotherapy) depending on the degree of morphological adenomyosis was the aim of our research.

The study involved 205 women with diffuse adenomyosis. From 205 examined patients in 67 were verified adenomyosis of first degree (group 1), in 79 - second degree (group 2), in 59 - third degree (group 3).

In patients with first degree adenomyosis low resistance of uterine blood flow during Doppler investigation was observed. Improvement of clinical currency of disease, increasing the resistance index in uterine arteries at the first degree adenomyosis indicates the pathogenic effects of the proposed treatment.

At the same time, patients with adenomyosis II-III degree was observed with high resistance bloodstream, indicating the deterioration of blood flow in the uterine vascular basin, as evidenced by some of hemostasis indicators.

Using medications «Indinol» and «Epigallat» having an effect on basic pathogenetic mechanisms of adenomyosis opens a new direction in the treatment of this disease, and effective natural methods - new opportunities in the treatment of adenomyosis.
