Chair of Obstetrics and Gynaecology №1 Avicenna TSMU
The colposcopy of cervix and bacteriological test of the cervical canal content in 80 women who had a history of one or several cesarean section was performed. The most common pathology of the cervix among inflammatory diseases of the cervix wereendocervicitis (32,5%), from cervical dishormonal disease are predominated endocervicoses (32,5%) and cervix hypertrophy (3,7%), but difference of indices with compared group was imperceptible.
When comparing the bacterial seeding from the cervical canal with a multiplicity of postponed caesarean sections increased the frequency of vaginal colonization by pathogenic microflora.repres Thus, the detection rate of Klebsiellae after a caesarean section was 5,6±3,1 and with increasing of multiplicity it is increased 4-times respectively, and after fourth abdominal delivery reaches 20,0±12,6%. Similar progression is determined regarding Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermalis and E. Coli.
