This article analyzes the effectiveness of simultaneous operations on the basis of laparoscopic fixing the angle of His and the rationale of widespread introduction of similar operations in surgical practice. Described in detail the sequence and process laparoscopic fixing the angle of His, and the laparoscopic approach in its single-step performing with cholecystectomy and nephropexy. Antireflux surgery performed by a new technique for 196 patients, to 54 (27,6%) – laparoscopic fixation angle of His and laparoscopic cholecystectomy, to 2 (1,0%) – laparoscopic fixation angle of His and laparoscopic nephropexy, to 1 (0,5%) patient – laparoscopic fixing angle of His, laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic nephropexy. Specific complications associated with the simultaneous operation are not revealed. Observation periods – from 6 months to 7 years. Among the complications of isolated antireflux surgery in patients with established synthetic implant were: festering in mesh with abscesses – in 3 (1,9%); eruption of mesh through the esophagus – 8 (5,0%), foreign body sensation – 4 (2,5%), intercostal neuralgia – 4 (2,5%) patients with biological implant: upper dysphagia to 3 days – in 1 (2,7%), temperature increasing 37,50 C to 2 days – in 11 ( 29,7%) of operated patients.
