In a review article presents the modern aspects of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the presence of concomitant cardiovascular systempathology. The mechanisms of mutual pathological influence from pulmonary and cardiovascular systems are seen about. The statistical data of foreign authors who have studied the pathology of the cardiovascular system in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are shown. New approaches in the treatment of the cardiovascular system pathologies in presence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are stated.
