Performed the analysis and assessment of endovascularcoronary intervention (stenting) in 80 patients with stable stenocardia.Successful clinical results of stenting was observed in 70 (87.5%) patients, angiographic – in 65 (85.0%). The unsatisfactory results were: the development of acute thrombosis – in 1 (1.2%), non-fatal myocardial infarction – in 1 (1.2%), dissection – in 2 (2.5%) patients. The combination of two or more cardiovascular risk (hypercholesterolemia, obesity, hypertension) is a factor with highrisk for development of complications. Diminishing of technical success of endovascular procedures has recorded in two- and three-vessel lesions.

Keywords: ischemic heart disease, stenocardia, stenting.
