Prevention of purulent- inflammatory complications after resection of rectum
In the article are presented the results of surgical treatment 30 patients with pathology of the rectum The proposed way for removal of tension in the region of colorectal and coloanal anastomosis can able to reduce the frequency of anastomosis insufficiency and inflammatory complications in the postoperative period to 13,4%.
