Evaluation the adequacy of anesthesia in patients with complicated echinococcosis of liver
Author presented the results of examination and treatment of 52 patients with complicated forms of liver echinococcosis of the (CLE). The possibilities of using heart rate variability (HRV) for monitoring adequacy of anesthesia can clarify the nature of autonomic activation during surgery and anesthetic assistance. The calculation of the spectrum of the autonomic nervous system has confirmed that a multicomponent balanced anesthesia does not provide vegetative stability during surgery. In operation HRV in patients from the control group was reflected in increasing the stress index and amplitude distribution modes in comparing with main group, on 37,8% and 12,1%, which in our view, indicate a lack of protection of patients from the surgical aggression.
Keywords: anesthetic assistance, heart rate variability, echinococcosis of the liver.
