Some features of the course and therapy of women infertility of tubal and peritoneal genesis

The author has shown the results of the study 383 women with tubal- peritoneal factor infertility - the most complex pathologies in terms of recovery of reproductive function and is second after the endocrine genesis. The surveyed women with tubal-peritoneal origin had an unfavorable premorbid background.

Main reasons of tubal and peritoneal genesis were sexually transmitted diseases and surgical interventions on abdominal and pelvic organs that happened in 79% of cases. Patients with infertility in 61% had mix infection. Management of this category of patients should be divided into stages including complex treatment with application of modern surgical techniques such as hysteroscopy, endo-video laparoscopy, chromosalpinography and microsurgery for restoration of uterine tubes.
