D.M. Rahmatulloeva

The paper presents the results of the study 50 pregnant women with acute viral hepatitis (AVH) who are at high risk of obstetric and perinatal complications.

Analysis of pregnancy in women who underwent to VH, has revealed the following complications: a high frequency of the threat of early miscarriage in pregnant women with HAV and the HEV was 2.4 times greater than that of pregnant women with HBV and HCV (53% vs. 22% in the comparison group); risk of preterm delivery, changes in the functional state of the liver, impaired hepatic enzyme activity and liver function of protein synthesis.

Women with HAV and HEVduring pregnancy significantly frequently observed severe obstetrical and extragenital pathology in the form of moderate and severe pre-eclampsia, chronic fetal hypoxia, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum haemorrhage with a high frequency, antenatal fetal death was reported in 8 (16% ) cases.

The number of complications during childbirth increases with worsening of the disease and infection with hepatitis pregnant during the second half of pregnancy, often in the III trimester.
