Comparative evaluation of current methods of treatment of patients with kidney stones cups
Research is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of new treatments for patients with kidney stones cups. The treatment results show that the method of choice is distance shock-wave lithotripsy (DSWL). From the 233 patients who underwent DSWL complete destruction of the stone noted in 208 patients, accounting for 89.3%. Alternative methods of treating patients with kidney stones cups - percutaneous puncture calico lithoextraction, percutaneous puncture calico lithotripsy with lithocenosis or open surgery because of the greater invasiveness is recommended in case of failure of DLT or when it is contraindicated.
