Combined treatment of pancreatonecrosis with prevention of complications
The article presents the results of complex treatment 300 patients with acute pancreatitis. The data obtained from the combined use of antioxidants, plasmapheresis and magnetic infrared low frequency laser irradiation of the pancreas in patients with non-infected and infected pancreonecrosis on the background of targeted antibiotic therapy confirmed that the method developed by the authors greatly enhances the detoxifying effect and increase the immune system, preventing pyonecrotic complications, promotes more rapid correction of metabolic abnormalities in these patients compared with traditional treatment.
