VIDEOBRONHOSCOPIC DIAGNOSIS BRONCHIAL TREE IN COMPLICATED HYDATID CYST OF LUNGS

The author have studied the pattern of changes in the mucous videoendoscopic tracheobronchial tree in127 patients with complicated pulmonary hydatid cyst in age from 15 to 74 years. Videoendoscopic semiotics of endobronchitis was developed. Depending on the severity of inflammation three types of endobronchitis was determined: catarrhal-49 (38,8%), purulent-68 (53,3%) and ulcerative fibrinopurulent-10 (7,9%). Based on the described by author endoscopic semiotics established the nature and severity of inflammation of the mucous tracheobronchial tree, which has important diagnostic and prognostic significance of this complex group of patients.
