The article presents the results of the method of bladder training in 59 patients with suprapubic bladder drainage. The main method of treatment of patients with epicystostomoy is passive evacuation of urine. Training funded bladder function is clamping of cystostoma’s drainage before the urge to urinate. In a study 41 patients with established cystostomy in patients with trauma of the lower urinary tract revealed various kinds of complications from a urinary tract. Small bladder was diagnosed in 10 patients. Restoration of normal functional state of the bladder in patients with suprapubic bladder drainage, entails improving blood circulation, which in turn helps reduce the severity and frequency of inflammatory processes in the bladder wall.
