OPTIMIZATION OF METHODS OF URINE DERIVATION ABNORMALITIES OF THE URINARY SYSTEM IN CHILDREN
In the clinic of pediatric surgery TSMU for the periods 2003 - 2010 years. under observation were 142 patients of children with congenital malformations of the urinary tract. Of the 142, 77 (54.2%) children were found various forms of hypospadias, 54 (38.0%) - cystic dysplasia segment ureter and bladder neck in 11 patients (7.8%) - schistocystis.
All 142 patients was performed urinary diversion, we developed methods (patent № TJ 352; 353, 401, 402; 422), which managed to reduce the percentage of postoperative complications from 28.7% to 9.2%.
