INFLUENCE OF DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY DISORDERS IN THE CURRENCY OF ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN YOUNG PATIENTS

Authors assessed the psychological and emotional sphere with hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), the test Spielberg Hanina (HDRS), the questionnaire Bass-Darky with the level of hostility and aggression in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The patients in a young age are hospitalized in Infarction Department of the National Clinical Centre of Cardiology.

A total of 24 patients before and after treatment were investigated. The influence of depression and anxiety on the course of AMI in young patients was revealed. The study indicated a more severe course of AMI patients with depression, which has a higher rate scales HDRS (46,3 ± 3,2 points) and HADS (anxiety 40,4 ± 3,6 scores, depression, 36,6 ± 4,2 points). In patients with myocardial infarction depression, there is an increase in heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP), indicating that more severe myocardial infarction compared with patients without depression.
