IMMEDIATE AND REMOTE RESULTS OF SURGICAL AND ENDOSCOPIC TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC CALCULOUS PANCREATITIS
In the article noting the relevance of the issue, analyzes the features of the clinic and the results of diagnosis of chronic calculous pancreatitis in 16 patients. A comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of endoscopic drainage of the main pancreatic duct and surgical treatment with the forming of pancreatic-enteroanastomosis, as well as quality of life of patients after two methods of rehabilitation. Comprehensive assessment showed the effectiveness of the endoscopic method with satisfactory results in 7 patients, whereas the second group of complications occurred in 5 patients with a fatal outcome.
