CASE OF LAPAROSCOPIC ASSIST NEPHRECTOMY IN KIDNEY HYDRONEPHROSIS
The result of laparoscopic nephrectomy in hydronephrosis of left kidney in 19-year-old patient with a transperitoneal access port settings for the introduction of the surgeon's hands was presented.
The proposed method combines the advantages of both laparoscopic and open surgical procedures, thus improving the quality of intraoperative revision of the abdominal cavity and provided substantial assistance in the implementation of key maneuver operations as selecting the ureter, renal main vessels and their intersection with the clipping.
