ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION OF TB IN MIGRANTS
Migrant workers are a group of high risk of tuberculosis. More than 20% of the working age of population (95% of them aged 15-54years.) Republic of Tajikistan are migrant workers. Every year marked increase in the number of tuberculosis patients among migrant workers from 6,6 to 17% (from 2007 to 2009.). The basic form is infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis is 72%, 78% - of the decay phase, highlighters of Mycobacterium tuberculosis - 50%, 35% had concomitant diseases, including HIV / AIDS. In all patients, TB was identified in the migration, but due to non-availability of free treatment, they have not received a full course of TB treatment.
