DEPRESSION AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES
In the review contemporary date about interconnection stress, anxiety and depression with cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are given. It was received that anxious depressed damages more than in half of patients with arterial hypertony (AH) and ischemic disease of heart are showed. Affective states increase a risk of initiation of complications and level of mortality, especially in patients with AH in the age. It was directed that antidepressants of new generation are selective inhibitors of return capture of serotonine (SIRCS), may be deprived side-line effects of tri-cyclic antidepressants and be used for care of patients with CVD and co-morbid depression. Besides, SIRCS in a contrast from traditional tri-cyclic antidepressants may be used for therapy under affective states in patients with CVD of old age groups.
