COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF CLINICAL SYMPTOMS OF DYSPLASY AND THE FIRST FORMS OF THE CANCER OF CERVIX OF THE UTERUS

86 Patients with different precancer and the first forms of malignant tumors of the cervix of the uterus were examed. The date of clinical invesfigations allow to affirm that microinvasive cancer not may be preclinical stage, as some physicians consider. Only 27,1% of the patients with microinvasive CCU under the adress to clinic with complaints were found and 72,9% appeal with the other causes were observed activelly. Typical alterations of flat epithelium in all off patients with dysplasy of different degree of severety and the first forms of CCU were shown. And clear connection between the sigmficance of colposcopic atytia and the degree of pathological symptoms was observed.
