Tajik Research Institute of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology
This review presents data of recent years about the role of apoptosis and immunohormonal inter-action during physiologic pregnancy. Conducted researches indicate that during physiologic pregnancy, immunohormonal interaction forms, which provide antioxidant, immune protection and physiologic balance in processes of formation and functioning of placenta, as well as fetus development. The study of apoptosis and determination of cytokines proved to be very productive for understanding a number of important processes, as well as predicting the further course of labor and perinatal outcomes.
Keywords: physiologic pregnancy , immunohormonal interactions, apoptosis.
