The article describes a case of successful surgical treatment of a patient with combined tumor processes - pheochromocytoma of right suprarenal gland and choledochus adenoma. Required diagnostic volume and surgical approach during combined tumor lesion was determined. The main component of preoperative preparation was selective a-adrenoblocker Doksazozin. Simultaneous operation of dilated right sided adrenalectomia and removal of choledochus adenoma with application of bihepaticoduodenoanastomosis was carried out. The conducted surgical intervention promoted complete recovery of the patient. Disease relapse and impairment of function of the applied biliodigestive anastomosis was not observed in a remote period. The patient, 11 months later after the operation gave birth to a mature infant.
