EARLY AND LATE PREECLAMPSIA: COURSE OF PREGNANCY, BIRTH AND PERINATAL OUTCOMES

The rate of pregnancy complication, cesarean section, premature delivery, risk of development of placental failure in pregnant women with early preeclampsia reliably exceeded correspondent measures in women with late preeclampsia. Normal anthropometric indices and assessment by Apgar scale of newborns from the mother with early and late preeclampsia confirm more unfavorable variant of the course and perinatal outcomes of early preeclampsia. Division of preeclampsia into early and late in the form of different pathogenetic mechanisms is based on requirement of treatment effect, prolongation of pregnancy and achievement of significant clinical results.
