THE PROGNOSTIC VALUE OF RISK FACTORS HAVING INFLUENCE TO LONG-TERM SURVIVAL OF PATIENTS AND TRANSPLANTS AFTERLIVING-RELATED KIDNEY TRANSPLANTATION

The paper describes the experience of kidney transplantation from living related donors. Cases history and dispensary cards of 160 patients after renal transplantation are studied. Among the 160 recipients 126 (78,75%) were men and 34 (21,25%) – women. The factors having influence on length of survival rate of patients and transplants after related kidney transplantation, and the reasons for the loss of patients life and transplant are indicated. Indicators of one-year transplants survival rate corresponded to 97,6%, 2, 3, 4 and 5-year survival rate –91,3%, 85,7%, 78,8% and 71,5%
