Chair of Prosthetic Dentistry Avicenna TSMU; Educational-clinical center «Dentistry»
This article presents the clinical characteristics of oral health in patients with somatic pathology who had non-removable prosthesisfrom different materials. These findings provide the basis for in-depth study of patients with a variety of defects of dentition and development of algorithms for improve the treatment in these patients.
To avoid possible mistakes and adverse outcomes of orthopedic treatment in prosthetics by nonremovable appliances at the immediate and remote time of patients with somatic pathology is necessary to implement the principles of evidence and completeness of orthopedic treatment, achieving clinical efficacy and economic affordability by using the method of mathematical computer modeling to select the optimal type of prosthesis
Keywords: non-removable prosthesis, somatic pathology, orthopedic design.
