TESTICULAR-ILIACAL ANASTOMOSIS IN THE TREATMENT OF VARICOCELE

The results of treatment of varicocele by the formation of testicular-iliacal anastomoses are presented in paper. After surgery using testicular vascularization, circulation figures have
improved significantly, and in patients with testicle hypotrophy the volume was normalized. In addition, the qualitative and quantitative sperm parameters and fertility improved.
