Case of non-standard reconstruction of arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis

This article presents a clinical case of a successful non-standard reconstruction of arteriovenous fistula in condition of arterial graftfalseaneurysm with arrosive bleeding in a patient who was on hemodialysis for chronic renal failure. For patient autovenous prosthetics of brachial artery was performed, and above the autograftanastomosisbetween brachial artery and cephalic veinby type «end to side» wasformed.
