Choice of access in augmentation mammoplasty

The article presents the results of augmentation mammoplasty in 84 patients using three surgical approaches: axillar (n=5; 5,95%), inframammary (n=74; 88,1%) and periareolar (n=5; 5,95% ).
It was found that the use of inframammary access has a greater expediency, both in terms of aesthetic effect of postoperative scar and facilities for the preparation of bed for silicone implant.
