Use of reconstructive titanium plate and the implants condylar process in the surgical treatment the neoplasms of mandible

The results of surgical treatment of 23 patients with benign tumors of the mandible and 15 patients - with ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) were presented. A defect of the mandible after its resection refunded by titanium plates, TMJ arthroplasty was performed usingendoprostheses of temporomandibular joint system «Konmet» Getting a good immediate and long-term results indicate the prospects of a more accessible and less traumatic treatment.
