In this report, the authors examined the relationship of gravity and prevalence of adhesive disease of the peritoneum (ADP) with a occurrence frequency of mutations gene ITGA2 – integrin and immunophysiologic disorders for the prevention of postoperative complications.

Genetic disorders caused by changes in the primary structure of the gene, can significantly alter the kinetics and adhesive properties of platelets, increased platelet adhesion rate may be due not only to genetic polymorphism of markers S800T, but also with other epigenetic disorders that affect various parts of the resistance and immunogenetic control and in some cases, substantially with epigenetic methylation factor that affects gene expression.

Analysis of the results genetic examination in patients with varying severity degrees of ADP indicates a relationship marked gene polymorphism ITGA-2 and severity of immunopathological reactions with symptom complex severity of adhesive disease.

Keywords: adhesive disease of the peritoneum, ITGA-2 gene.
