A serological survey by enzyme immunoassay of 180 sickly children (SC) for study the level of postvaccination immunity formation against hepatitis «B» by pentavalent vaccine was performed. At SC each subsequent vaccination has more tense formation of specific immunity against hepatitis «B» and directly dependent on the dose of vaccination, but over the years has tended to decline.

The percentage of children with a positive titre of the specific antibodies was significantly higher in the group of healthy children than in the SC (91,4±3,3 versus 72,8±5,3; p <0,01). All SC by all nosological forms developed an immunity to the viral hepatitis «B».

The comparative analysis of survey results the children from city and rural community, which underwent to preliminary treatment revealed increasing of positive antibody seroconversion (p <0,01) and reducing the amount of negative (p<0,05) ones compared with children without preparation, but in compare with control group these indicators remained low.
