Features of surgical treatment of congenital hydronephrosis due to aberrant vessel

The authors studied the results of different methods for surgical treatment of hydronephrosis due to aberrant vessel in 72 children. Assessing the features of each method the authors proposed a method of surgical treatment of this disease, which is to restore patency UPJ by moving the aberrant vessel graft pelvis.
Comparative analysis of the proposed method with the existing traditional methods established its efficacy in the treatment of hydronephrosis caused by aberrant vessel, which reaches 95,9%.
