Features of radiological methods in diagnostics of calculous cholecystitis
Chair of Endosurgery Avicenna TSMU
In the article, given the importance of timely diagnosis, the authors analyze the results of the application of non-invasive methods of radiation diagnosis in acute calculouscholecystitis. Emphasizing the importance of a staged use of radiation methods from simple to complex, it is proved that the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound (US) of gallstones is relatively low (88,8%), although it is available at all stages of care. In complicated forms of the disease the more valuable and effective is use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with a program of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) (95,5%), taking into account the relevant evidence to them.
Keywords: acute cholecystitis, ultrasound, radiation diagnosis, intra- and extrahepatic bile path , artificial bile hypertension.
