The article discusses the results of a comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of 16 patients with adrenal incidentalomas. Complex use of modern survey methods, including the study of hormonal state, ultrasound and computed tomography of the adrenal glands, allowed correct diagnosis and choose the therapeutic tactics. The rationale for surgical treatment, according to the authors, is a proven hormonal activity of the tumor, the presence of medium and large sizes, as well as signs of malignancy. During the dynamic observation of not operated patients (n=7) signs of overproduction of hormones and growth of malignant tumors are not detected.
