Aesthetic results after using of transferred groin flap in upper extremities defects

The article presents the aesthetic results of using non-free groin flap in 89 patients (92 flaps) for covering upper extremities soft tissue defects. The aesthetic results were evaluated in as the recipient as donor area. It was found that the groin flap has optimal aesthetic qualities and by itself characteristics appropriated to the needs of recipient area.
