Surgical tactics in combined bone and vascular lesions of lower limb

The paper analyzes the results of the diagnosis and treatment 46 patients with combined bone and vascular lesions of the lower extremities.
Diagnostic errors in the recognition of vascular injury with bone fractures of the lower limbs reached 17,4%, for which reason authors defined the necessary volume of diagnostic measures in such situations.
Correctly chosen tactics of patients with combined bone and vascular lesions allowed in 84,8% of cases to achieve good results. Unsatisfactory results, the frequency of which reaches 15,2%, indicate the need for continued research in this direction.
