Clinical and epidemiological features of Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever in the Republic of Tajikistan

The paper presents the results of clinical and epidemiological studies of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever in 13 patients in the Republic of Tajikistan. At recent years disease in the Republic recorded more often in southern regions of the country, maintaining its classic manifestation. Hemorrhagic manifestations marked as hemorrhagic rash, bleeding gums – in 38,4% of patients, intestinal bleeding – at 38,4%, and uterine bleeding – at 7,6%. In 46,1% of patients bleeding was from several organs at same time. Mortality rate was 7,6% of cases.
