Optimization of surgical treatment of hemorrhoids combined with transphincter rectal fistula

The work is based on an analysis of surgical treatment 96 patients with hemorrhoids in conjunction with transphincter rectal fistulas.
The authors assessed the effectiveness of surgical treatment of hemorrhoids developed in conjunction with transphincter rectal fistulas and a comparative analysis of complications at early postoperative period between one-stage and two-stage surgery
Analysis of results shows that early post-operative complications were in 12 (25,0%) patients after conventional and in 5 (10,9%) patients – after proposed surgical treatment of hemorrhoids in conjunction with transphincter rectal fistulas.
