In this article, we studied the results of the most characteristic cardiometabolic risk factors in 60 patients with osteoarthrosis (OA) and the relationship between the severity of articular syndrome and coronary heart disease (CHD). All patients were divided into 2 groups: Group 1 (n=28) - patients with OA without CHD, II (n=32) - OA with CHD. Analysis the severity of gonarthrosisbyLeken index revealed in patients with CHD severity index was significantly higher (p<0,001) - 17,37±0,57 points versus 6,71±0,68 points in the group of patients with OA without CHD. Indicators of subjective pain on the articular symptoms, as assessed by VAS at rest and walking, were significantly higher (p<0,05) in group with CHD - 97,63±0,365 mm vs. 26,5±0,65 mm - without CHD. Thus, in II group of patients the duration of OA was significantly higher (p<0,001), which was 7,8 years (range, 3 to 10 years), compared to 2,5 years in I group. Directly proportional relationship between measures of total coronary risk indicators by articular syndrome signs is established, which reflects the severity of OA as well as the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases.

Keywords: osteoarthrosis, cardiovascular risk factors, metabolic syndrome, coronary heart disease.
