The wing-shaped anomaly of the lower extremities (Genu Flexum Congenitum)

The wing-shaped flexion of lower extremities is a congenital disease and it is met very rare. This anomaly is described only in isolated cases. It is known that the wing-shaped flexion of the lower limbs may occur in isolated form or in combination with other defects. Its treatment only surgical. In this report we offer a clinical case of lower extremities’ wing-shaped flexion in conjunction with a number of other anomalies in 9 old years boy.
