The article analyzes the results of clinical and functional and neurological examination of 120 patients with various forms of chronic pyelonephritis (CP).

Found that most common neurological disorders in patients with CP were headache (53.3%), vegetative dysfunction (55.0%), asthenoneurotic syndrome (51.7%), dizziness (32.5%) and less frequently - changing of the reflex spheres (17.5%) and central origin neuropathy (12.5%).

During analysis of frequency and intensity of neurological disorders is found the relative relationship with CP severity: rarely - in latent pyelonephritis and relatively often - for patients with recurrent pyelonephritis (ROC), and especially in the ROC with arterial hypertension (AH with ROC).

Most often a combination of two or three neurological disorders observed in all forms of CP, whereas a combination of four and five - in CP patients with hypertension.

Keywords: chronic pyelonephritis, hypertension, neurological disorders.
