Morphological and ultrastructural features of epithelial-mesenchymal transformation in breast cancer

In the article the morphological manifestations and revealed features of ultrastructural peculiarity of epithelial-mesenchymal transformation in breast cancer (n = 127) is analyzed. Morphologically in 86 patients verified infiltrating of ductal breast cancer, in 29 - infiltrating lobular and 12 - medullary carcinoma. The material was selected in such a way that the patient did not receive before surgery any type of specific cure.
It is shown that to parallel changes of immunohistochemical markers is happened reorganization of ultrastructure of tumor cell and its environment, in particular, the extracellular matrix
