Assessment of influence factors of occupational environment on stresses occurence in professional medical workers

The study focused on identifying the degree of three groups factors influences on the stress occurrence among health care workers in Tajikistan. Estimated impact of factors associated with patients, with administrative activities and harmful factors, depending on the specialty of medical workers. It was found most significant factors that influences on stress occurring - is inadequate wages (4.15 points from doctors and 4.18 points in nurses) and permanent responsibility for people lives (3.62 points from doctors), which have a influence degree more than 3 points. Correlative analysis revealed an inverse relationship between the incidence of stress and qualification category (r = - 0,1; p = 0.05).
