Based on virologic, immunologic, and laboratory studies of 49 patients with HIV infection with different transmission routes are set inversion of CD4/CD8 and its dependence on changes in variants of the disease.

In variety courses of 4B and 4C are revealed a more expressed reduction of CD4-lymphocytes (23,4 ± 7,9% and 18,1 ± 5,9%, respectively) than for 4A (32,2 ± 6,0%) of the diseases.

The highest level of HIV RNA and low immune status observed among patients who acquired infections by sexual contacts (100,000 copies / mL and 300,000 copies / mL, respectively). High levels of CD4 lymphocytes (500 ± 350 cells / ml), a low level HIV RNA (100,000 copies / ml), decreased white blood cells, platelets, and the level of biochemical parameters - among injecting drug users (IDUs).

Keywords: HIV , injecting drug users, HIV RNA, CD4, CD8 - lymphocytes.
