Immediate and remote results of obturation of root canals using the system«terma prep»

Due to treatment of 36 teeth caused by complications of caries using endodontic modern technology obturation system «Terma Prep» high efficiency of sealing, especially in complex branching of root canal was noted. The results showed in remote period (after 6 and 12 months) after endodontic treatment 17 (47.22%) teeth, for chronic pulpitis, and 19 (52.78%) - for chronic apical periodontitis, pain in patients did not arise. During oral examination, the evidence of inflammation in the area of treated teeth is absented, percussion and palpation was painless, the teeth to fully participate in the act of mastication. X-ray destructive changes in periodontal not revealed.
The method is simple to use, reliable and can be recommended for practical use for dentists.
