The authors looked for the experimental study of most promising medicinal plants from the local endemics that have hypoglycemic effects. The result proved that the decoction and extract of geranium root collina, Sophora japonica fruit decoction, infusion of leaves of grape culture, as made on basis of anti-diabetic collections- «Yunibet», «Fitobet» and «Marankhuch» established the following pattern in the end of experiment in blood sugar parameters: geranium root extract - 4,4±0,02 mmol / l> decoction of geranium roots - 5,2±0,03 mmol / l> decoction of fruit Sophora japonica - 5,8±0,03 mmol / l> cultural grape leaves infusion - 6,5±0,03 mmol / l> infusion «Arfazetin» - 6,6±0,03 mmol / l. Among the studied antidiabetic collections, the level of glucose in alloxan diabetes, the most effective action has «Marankhuch» - 4,8±0,01 mmol / l than «Fitobet» - 5,1±0,01 mmol / L and> «Yunibet » - 5,3±0,02 mmol / l. The obtained results allow to recommend these medicinal plants for integrated treatment of diabetes mellitus type II mild and moderate severity (with synthetic drugs).
