Psycho-physiological characteristics patients with symptomatic arterial hypertension in chronic pyelonephritis

The study of the initial levels of psychophysiological characteristics of 74 patients with chronic pyelonephritis with symptomatic hypertension. Found that at the very beginning of chronic pyelonephritis, flowing with symptomatic arterial hypertension increased sensitivity to stresses, anxiety and neurotic tendency and poor psychosocial adaptation, which increases as it progresses, it can be considered as predictors of progressive course of this disease . The authors point to the need for psycho-physiological testing of patients with chronic pyelonephritis with symptomatic hypertension to determine whether to include in the complex therapy of non-drug approaches.
