Prevention of pstoperative complications and rehabilitation of patients with posttraumatic fistula of rectum

This article presents a retrospective analysis of surgical treatment 76 (56.7%) patients with posttraumatic fistula of rectum (PFR), who underwent single-and multi-stage surgery - by excision of the fistulous c using the latest laser technology and new technology. The control group included 58 (43.3%) patients with PFRPK whose surgeries were performed by conventional methods.
Marked a lower frequency of secondary complications in using of modern laser technology and new technology in the surgical treatment of patients with post-traumatic fistula of the rectum (7.9% and 19.0%, respectively, P<0.05).
